I just want to express my gratitude for the wonderful job you and the other folks at the Chandler Hill office have done during my campaign; please share this letter with the other staff and pass it along as you deem appropriate. 

As you know, I’m starting my new position tomorrow as general manager of the BXXXX JXXXX boutique in the Galleria.  (Woo-hoo!)  I’m very excited; you know this was my absolute first choice for the initial step toward my long-range goal, and I can’t believe how quickly I’ve gotten here.

I think the deciding factor in my being offered the position was the interview preparation you did with me.  Every one of the questions I was asked, during both the phone and formal interviews, was straight from the ones we had reviewed, or a slight variation.  Rather than hemming and hawing, I was confident and knew what I wanted to say and the effective way to communicate it thanks to your relentless drilling.  J 

Everyone there in your office has been great; CG went above and beyond the call of duty in getting Jason and me on board, and Cathy and Mae have made things run seamlessly while creating a really friendly, comfortable and professional environment. 

My sincere thanks to you and the Houston Chandler Hill team for all your help and hard work.  I look forward to working with you on the next phase of my campaign.
